Follower Fridays #13



Q: Do you read one book at a time or do you switch back and forth between two or more?

A: I really try to read two or more books at a time, but then I realize I get less done oddly. I think it's because I end up favoring a read and then want to finish that one instead. I wish I could do more books at a time. If I liked audio books it would help. Sadly, I can't get the hang of them though. What about you guys? How many do you all like to read and in what formats?

    I usually read five or six books at once :) I just can´t help it - I have one in my bag, one in my bedroom, one at my workplace, one in the dining room...you get the idea :) I prefer "normal" books, no audio or ebooks. Paper book is the best you can get :)

      Agreed on the paper books! Something about holding a book as you read is comforting.

    I like doing it one book at a time! I don't want to get characters and other traits all mixed up! With my frazzled brain and how I tend to read a lot of paranormals, I think its the best way for me!

    I'm really wanting to give audio books a try again. Esp since Ed Westwick did COFA...I think I could PROBABLY listen to him read to me any day.

    Exactly the same here. Well, almost exactly. I might put one book up and then put it on hold to read another one, and when I'm finished with that, continue reading the other one, but when I tried to read more than one book, I got less done than usually, too. :)

    Yeah, I like to read one at a time for that reason. I end up favoring one anyways. As for audio books it takes me longer to listen to the things than to actually read a book. So I've listened to a few, and I've loved the books...but I don't really like audio books.
